Chef Sissy Hicks, with over thirty years of experience as former owner/chef of the historic Dorset Inn, is now producing her own line of food products aptly named Sissy's Kitchen.

You'll never run out of options in this kitchen, with a new menu added every Tuesday, and three decades of experience that Sissy draws upon to keep things fresh. From Stuffed Portabella Mushroom Caps to Shepherd's Pie to Chicken Parmiagana to Pecan Crusted Trout, her specials stand in a class of their own, combining wholesome flavor with pure decadence!

With a focus on local and organic ingredients, Sissy's cooking is an authentic piece of Vermont, and this authenticity extends to her delectable salad dressings, chutneys, conserves, seasonal jams, and jellies.
